Way of Love (Part 3)

James 3:16-17 - For wherever there is jealousy and selfish ambition, there you will find disorder and evil of every kind. But the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and the fruit of good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere.
Lastly, to wrap the last couple of days by taking a look at “love” we need to realize that love is really a type of spiritual warfare. Sometimes people can make it hard to express love, situations can happen, desiring and many times triggering into gear our emotions to lead us outside of the spiritual character we should be bearing. In conclusion of this part 3 on love concentration on warfare I want to speak of couple of several aspects of love briefly. That is living in the light, knowing that demons are active, and it is important to love as it attracts His blessings.
First, we have to realize we are called to live in the light. If we do not unfortunately, we blend in like everyone else. God produced LOVE through us stands out bright in a dark world. Matthew 5:16 says we are to let our light shine out in bright in a world that is starving for the God we know, and do not know it. We are called to let His love He is producing in our life to be a beacon to the Father. Someone’s destiny is awaiting His light in us, love, to shine on them. If we have been “stumbling’ in our love walk. We should repent. Proverbs 24:6 says a righteous man may fall, even in lack of love, but gets up. Repentance brings strength to our life. If we have been stumbling to love, we need to fall as His feet in repentance. It so important because God’s Kingdom ears and eyes are open to the righteous, but so is the kingdom of darkness when we are not, even we are for that matter.
Therefore, Darkness is looking for those who are wandering off with self, instead of LOVING in the Spirit. Job 12:5 says that those who are at ease mock those in trouble. If we are not walking in the love that the Spirit produces, we are in trouble, we are stumbling. That verse goes on to say that they (demons, demons through people) give a push to those who are stumbling. Our scripture verse today James 3:16 says that there is evil work there, demons. They count us as sheep to slaughter. Accuse us before the Lord. Looking for legal rights, one of the legal rights is not to walk in love. Looking for access to push us so far down, we do not get back up. He does not want us to inherit any of His promises in this life, tools to advance His Kingdom in the natural realm of Earth.
Furthermore, concerning blessings. If we are going to LIVE consistently in His blessing, we are going to have to LOVE fervently by His Spirit. We can do it. It is His command. God would not tell us to do something he would not provide us the power to perform. Seeking to love God’s way is spiritual warfare. It does not come naturally, but supernaturally. Our blessings are even attached to it. It is part of Matthew 6:33 works of Jesus of seeking His Kingdom and His righteousness, first…then things are added. Therefore, we can say We get what we fight for, not simply what is promised.
In conclusion, we can see LOVE is spiritual warfare. It takes warfare most of the time to turn on the lights of His love to someone our flesh wishes to fall, at times, or at least get a scratch. To love them as Christ loves the church, its warfare. However, it is something that we cannot produce, it is something that He grows on our life, we just bear it. And oh, does our world need that fruit of the Spirit of love.
